Note: On the registration portal, be sure to fill-in all required options, including less obvious ones such as the entry for “Mentor/mentee programme please select” and to specify something for “Extra page charges” even if to select “No extra pages required”. If you find that it is not possible to select a non-zero number of tour/reception/banquet tickets, it is probably because a required field was not answered.

ICS’26 will be an in-person event. We encourage prospective attendees who need a visa to request this as soon as possible. We will be able to provide letters of invitation to all registered attendees. We can also provide you with an “intent to participate” letter that states you have submitted a paper/poster to the conference and are awaiting the outcome of the review process before registering - this may allow you to start your visa application earlier. Note that the intent to participate is not the same as a letter of invitation, which you would still need to request in addition after completing the registration. Letters can be requested by email from ics26.chairs@gmail.com. Receipt of an invitation letter does not imply acceptance of submitted papers or the ability to present.
